Delete Account
TwoBetter Learning — an app published by TWOBETTER LTDA on Google Play.
You can delete your TwoBetter Learning account and the personal data linked to it at any time, either from inside the app or by sending us a request by email.
Option 1 — Delete from the app
- Open TwoBetter Learning and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion. You don't need to select a reason. This cannot be undone.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, send a deletion request from the email address registered on your account to info@coldstartharbor.com with the subject "Account deletion". We acknowledge the request within a few days and complete the deletion shortly after confirmation.
What is deleted
- Account and profile data: name, avatar, gender, age, and language and voice preferences.
- Learning data: onboarding answers, journey and lesson progress, score, study streak, and ranking level.
- Content linked to your identity: written lesson answers and community questions, answers, and votes.
What is kept, and for how long

Retained data is stored with restricted access and used only for the legal purposes listed above. Aggregate, anonymized data that no longer identifies you may be kept for statistical purposes.
If you also use TwoBetter Dating
Deleting your TwoBetter Learning account does not, by itself, delete an active TwoBetter Dating account, except where expressly stated on the deletion screen at the time of the request. Each deletion must be requested separately, in the corresponding app.
